Every Grain Tells a Story
Cane Extraction & Natural Filtration
Fresh sugarcane is crushed to extract pure raw juice, which is then carefully filtered through fine mesh to remove sediments and impurities.
Slow Boiling & Natural Clarification
The filtered juice is gently boiled in wide iron pans over traditional furnaces. Natural plant-based clarifying agents are added to remove impurities and enhance the natural golden-brown color.
Natural Thickening & Cube Moulding
As the juice thickens into a rich syrup, it is cooled to the right consistency and poured or pressed into precision cube molds to ensure uniform size and texture.
Natural Cooling & Hygienic Packaging
